Locala Health and Wellbeing is seeking a Band 4 Community Nurse Associate to join our Community Nursing Network across North Kirklees and Greater Huddersfield.

You will support registered nurses and carry out delegated clinical tasks to help patients manage their health in their homes and local communities.
