Every child and young person deserves exceptional, safe, and effective care. We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to drive the quality, patient safety, and professional agenda across our Starting Well Portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to influence and shape the quality of care delivered within our Children's and Community Dental Services, ensuring the highest standards are consistently achieved.

You will play a key role in supporting colleagues to feel confident, capable, and empowered to deliver outstanding care and patient experiences. As our Quality and Professionals Manager, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement, leading on patient safety, quality assurance, clinical governance, and professional standards. You will proactively identify risks, promote learning and implement sustainable improvements that enhance outcomes for children, young people, and families.

We are looking for an individual with an unwavering commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence, who can inspire others, influence change, and foster a positive, open culture where quality is everyone's responsibility.
