An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Administrator to join the busy Child Health Department, based at Dewsbury Health Centre. Child Health provides administrative support for health care services for children/young people aged 0-19 years within the Kirklees area.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised administrator who has excellent communication and IT skills. Experience of Systmone is essential. The role is extremely varied and interesting and would suit someone who would enjoy a busy and challenging working environment.

The ability to organise your own workload, prioritise and work under pressure are essential, along with an understanding of confidentiality. You will also need to demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the service.

The post is for 30 hours per week which can be worked over 4 or 5 days, however there is a requirement for service cover on Thursday and Friday up to 5pm. Training will need to take place face to face at Dewsbury Health Centre.
