Locala Health and Wellbeing is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our Intermediate Care Team. You will deliver rehabilitation and reablement interventions to help people recover, regain independence and remain safely in their own homes.
You will provide professional leadership within the multidisciplinary team, support colleagues with clinical decision-making, and play an active role in service development and quality improvement across Intermediate Care.
