The predicted salary is between 30332 - 37072 £ per year.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join our Intermediate Care Team. The Intermediate Care Service supports medical and surgical service users from discharge from hospital to their journey home. Every day there is something different from complex wound care to monitoring deteriorating patients and so much more in between.
The Nursing Team boasts a variety of skills and experiences to enhance your knowledge and professional development within a supportive environment. We pride ourselves on excellent standards of Nursing Care and service user satisfaction.
The Nursing Team works collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, comprising GPs, Physician Associates, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Pharmacists, Healthcare Support Workers and our Kirklees Care Team. Together we rehabilitate service users to succeed in their home environment, preventing hospital admissions and preserving safety.
