Locala Health and Wellbeing offers a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our growing, well-established integrated sexual health services.

Based in Tameside, the post holder's time will be split between Tameside and Stockport. You will provide high-quality care both in our clinical hub and through community outreach, focusing on ensuring that populations most at risk of sexual ill health have access to essential services.

Additionally, you will work with key partners across the district to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate high-quality, evidence-based, needs-led sexual health services that are young-person friendly.

We seek an innovative, ambitious, and proactive individual who can work efficiently, independently, and collaboratively to positively impact patient outcomes. You will join a supportive, multi-disciplinary team of advanced nurse practitioners, nurses, prevention workers, engagement workers, and partnership managers, all dedicated to improving sexual health in the community.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and innovation of sexual health services, both in community settings and clinical hubs. You will help reduce health inequalities and improve the wellbeing of our clients through a person-centred approach.
