Locala Community Partnerships CIC is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Intermediate Care Team on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. The role focuses on delivering rehabilitation and reablement to help people recover, regain independence, and remain safely at home.
You will provide clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team, support colleagues, and contribute to service development and quality improvement across Intermediate Care. DBS check may be required.
