Locala Health and Wellbeing is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (Band 6) to join the Integrated Transfer of Care (ITOC) Team in Huddersfield. Permanent, 37.5 hours, 1 in 4 weekends, 08:00–18:00.
You will deliver high-quality OT assessments and interventions across A&E, Frailty, Recovery Hub and community settings, working with a broad multidisciplinary team to promote safe, timely discharges and home-based rehabilitation.
