We are seeking an innovative and motivated School Nurse to join our 0-19 teams in the Kirklees area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a qualified School Nurse, you will work as part of a team within a defined area, providing evidence-based, high-quality care. You will have experience working with children, young people, and their families, addressing a range of issues with varying complexities.

You must be able to work autonomously and collaboratively across organizational boundaries, facilitate change, and support service delivery improvements. Knowledge of safeguarding, report writing, and participation in child protection case conferences are essential. A commitment to partnership working with statutory and voluntary agencies is crucial to improve outcomes and address health inequalities in our diverse communities.
