An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join Locala’s Solutions Division as a Specialist Occupational Therapist as part of the Health and Growth Accelerator Programme – wellness to work.
The role would suit an experienced occupational therapist who has experience of vocational rehabilitation, supporting individuals manage long term and multiple conditions to move back into employment well. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist with a passion for supporting individuals to overcome barriers to health, wellbeing, and employment.
This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering pilot project in Kirklees, supporting residents aged 18-64 to improve their functional independence, manage health-related challenges, and progress towards sustainable employment outcomes. Working collaboratively with health, employment, and community partners, the successful candidate will play a key role in demonstrating the positive impact of integrated health and employment support, helping participants achieve their personal, vocational, and wellbeing goals.
