Career Key Responsibilities / What you'll do
- Production Coordination
- Organising and planning the Coalville main build kits and fabricated components and counting of finished goods.
- Planning Coalville fabrications shortages from the Cookstown road site and through the Paint shop area. Completion of docket receipt / record collection.
- Support the implementation of quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Input data and accurately maintain production records, logs, and reports.
- Monitor production progress and prepare status reports for management.
- Manage scheduling of meetings and production timelines.
- Organise and maintain filing systems (both digital and hard copy) for all production documentation.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and other administrative materials as required for production.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries related to production.
- Escalate complex problems to the Production Manager promptly.
- Co‑ordinating continuous improvement documentation and follow‑up with relevant teams.
- Maintain clear communication between production teams, support departments, and management.

Experience Level
- Previous experience in production coordination, project coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
