Career Key Responsibilities / What you'll do

  • We are seeking experienced and motivated Welders to join our team in the manufacturing of mobile screening equipment.
  • This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in high‑quality work, enjoy working within a team‑focused environment, and thrive in a fast‑paced production setting.
  • Interpret and work confidently from technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Use precision measuring instruments to inspect, test, and verify weld quality, cuts, and joints.
  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Ensure safe, controlled, and efficient movement of parts throughout the production line.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows across the factory.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and site performance goals.

Experience Level

  • Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or welding environment.
  • Experience using MIG, TIG, or other welding techniques.
  • Experience working in a similar heavy engineering or mobile equipment industry.
  • Strong practical and technical skills with a focus on quality work.
  • High level of self‑motivation, energy, and a positive work ethic.
