The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 € per year.
Reporting to the Service Training Manager, this role will perform a variety of Engineering, Training and Dealer support related tasks in the planning, development of new and current documentation and processes.
Key Responsibilities / What you'll do:
- Using your specialist knowledge to prepare documents and guides that can be easily understood.
- Develop and adapt Training Material that is required for external and internal training.
- Dealer Portal revitalization with relevant Training and Technical information.
- Support the Helpdesk & Field Delivery Aftersales Teams should the need arise.
- Testing and proving new material with Team Members.
There will be a requirement for scheduled travel which will involve Overseas. Previous experience of Training Delivery is desirable though not essential.
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to plan, organize and deliver Technical Documents with a high degree of detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
- Excellent presentational and facilitation skills.
- Good working knowledge of Electrical and Hydraulic principles.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Excellent hands-on skills using diagnostic tools and the ability to demonstrate logical thought processes.
Experience Level:
Third level education would be preferable in Engineering, but not essential. Knowledge and understanding of Mobile Screening and Crushing. Full UK Driving License and passport.
Self-motivated and high energy. Ability to work within a team. Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities. Ability to manage multiple products and tasks as required to meet demanding Internal and Dealer deadlines. Highest level of integrity, honesty and trust. A person should be organised and methodical.
