As a Paint Shop Operative (Blast / Spray) at Terex, you’ll play a pivotal role in producing equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world.
Career Key Responsibilities / What you'll do:- Working as spray painter on large Mild Steel products
- Paint preparation
- Use of paint mixing systems - G40 and G50
- Working with blast, and various tools for the completion of product to the applicable specifications
- To prepare parts and assemblies for shot blasting & painting to stage for finishing product, meeting defined production standards, schedules, and quality requirements
- General housekeeping of areas and paints

Skills & Abilities:- The successful candidate needs to have relevant experience as a Blast or Spray Painter.
- They should have knowledge of paint preparation within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- They should be hard working, a good team player with excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
- You should be willing to develop your skills on an ongoing basis.
- We also require the flexibility to work overtime as and when required.
