To provide support to the dealer network with regard to their open order books. Receive and manage orders through internal systems to ensure all customer and departmental needs are met within the required time frame.
Key Responsibilities / What you'll do
- Manage Dealer enquiries through the helpdesk
- Advising on part identification
- Cross reference parts against BOMS
- Assist in the sourcing of parts identified
- Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
- Responsible for credit investigations
- Partake in customer service calls and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with preparation for new product launch
- Assist with parts related engineering change orders
Qualifications / Education
Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent which will include English and Maths at grade C or above.
Experience Level
- Have experience of working within a busy office environment ideally in a customer service role
- Ability to organize and prioritise workload using your own initiative to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritise your workload using your own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them resolve them
- Excellent written skills as most of the work will be written (email, documentation etc)
- Experience of the crushing and screening industry would be desirable though not essential
