Local Space is seeking a Planned & Cyclical Works Manager to own a growing planned investment function within a London-based housing association. You will lead end-to-end delivery of planned and cyclical works, manage budgets and contractors, and shape the organisation's asset investment strategy to improve resident outcomes.
Reporting to the Head of Asset Delivery, you’ll drive performance, ensure value for money, and shape long-term investment planning across a diverse portfolio.
