Support the Mytime Coordinator by delivering an efficient administration service to support the needs of the service. Ensure all enquiries and messages are managed accurately, effectively, and timely and all communication is processed in a helpful, efficient, and supportive manner.
Process referrals to Mytime efficiently and professionally. Have regular contact with carers before and after their break. Update and manage spreadsheets and databases, ensuring all carer contact is recorded. Collect feedback from the carer and collate this into monthly reports. Assist with collating quality data and contribute to the production of reports where necessary.
Ensure all letters and correspondences are prepared to a high standard of accuracy. Assist in arranging events and attend events to promote Mytime. Maintain and update Mytime social media platforms.
Responsible for ensuring the strict security of personal/sensitive information which relates to work activity and particularly that resulting from contact with staff, clients/customers, and the general public. To carry out any other duties appropriate to this post, as necessary or as requested.
