We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nursery Practitioner to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, responsive and inclusive early years provision that supports the holistic development of every child and their family.
The Role
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality, responsive and inclusive early years provision that supports the holistic development of every child and their family.
- Work collaboratively with parents, community partners and multi-agency teams to embed LS2Y values and ensure children thrive in nurturing, stimulating and curiosity-led environments.
- Promote child-centred practice, emotional wellbeing and play-based learning aligned with the EYFS 202425 updates.
- Assist in the efficient and effective day to day operation of the Company’s nursery provision encouraging a friendly and stimulating environment and positive attitudes established in a variety of social contexts.
- Be the Key person for building relationships with small groups of children and their parents/carers.
