We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nursery Practitioner to contribute to the delivery of high‑quality, responsive and inclusive early years provision that supports the holistic development of every child and their family.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • contribute to the delivery of high‑quality, responsive and inclusive early years provision that supports the holistic development of every child and their family.
  • work collaboratively with parents, community partners and multi‑agency teams to embed LS2Y values and ensure children thrive in nurturing, stimulating and curiosity‑led environments.
  • promote child‑centred practice, emotional wellbeing and play‑based learning aligned with the EYFS 2024–25 updates.
  • assist in the efficient and effective day to day operation of the Company’s nursery provision encouraging a friendly and stimulating environment and positive attitudes are established in a variety of social contexts.
  • be the Key person for building relationships with small groups of children and their parents/ carers.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years.
  • Experienced in an early years setting.

  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS, SEND, and Ofsted requirements.
