LS2Y Nurseries is seeking a motivated Deputy Manager/Senior Practitioner to lead our nursery team and deliver high-quality care for children aged three months to five years. You will model outstanding practice, coach colleagues, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring EYFS adherence and safeguarding standards.
You will work closely with the Nursery Manager, taking charge in their absence and fostering a welcoming, safe, and inclusive learning environment both indoors and outdoors.
