Location: Hybrid working, with 2 days per week in Preston, Lancashire. Remote-working contracts can be considered for candidates living 50+ miles from our Preston office, but some travel to Preston will be required.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Change Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in helping LPPA deliver meaningful technological change, process improvement and better outcomes for the employers and members we support. This is a great opportunity to use your analytical mindset, stakeholder engagement skills and process improvement experience to understand how our services work today, identify where we can do things better, and help translate business needs into practical, well-designed solutions.
Acting as a key link between the business and technology teams, you will help capture requirements, challenge existing processes, support solution design and contribute to changes that improve efficiency, reduce risk and support LPPA's strategic objectives.
