Were seeking a strategic leader to own and elevate the end-to-end employer engagement journey, enhancing onboarding, support, and performance to deliver outstanding member outcomes. Youll shape a seamless employer experience, lead targeted engagement teams, and champion innovation, data-driven strategies, and continuous improvement. With a focus on strong relationships and operational excellence, this role is central to improving employer satisfaction, driving efficiency, and strengthening the quality and timeliness of data across our schemes.

We strive to deliver the best experience for over 1,500 employers and more than 700,000 members of Local Government, Police and Firefighter pension schemes, keeping them fully informed about their pensions whilst working closely with employers to continuously educate and support them.
