Responsible to: Prisoners Building Homes (PBH)

Help us turn data into insight – and demonstrate the difference PBH is making. Prisoners Building Homes is looking for an experienced and pragmatic Associate Data Analyst to help strengthen how we measure, understand and communicate performance and impact. PBH brings together housing delivery and social impact, creating pathways into employment and generating measurable social value.

We need someone who can bring together programme, site, commercial and social-impact data and turn it into clear, reliable insight for decision-makers and partners. You’ll help establish PBH’s benefits-realisation framework, develop meaningful measures and KPIs, improve data quality and reporting, build practical dashboards and identify trends, risks and opportunities.

This is not simply a reporting role. We’re looking for someone curious about what the data is actually telling us – someone who can challenge weak evidence, communicate complex findings clearly and help us demonstrate whether intended outcomes and wider benefits are being achieved.

The assignment is part time and flexible, with input expected to be greater initially while the core analytical framework is established. Recruitment will operate on a rolling basis, so early applications are encouraged.

We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Successful candidates must have an independent right to work in the UK before starting their employment. Recruitment will operate on a rolling basis for approximately 7–10 days. Applications will be shortlisted as they arrive, with interviews taking place on a rolling basis from 1st September. Offers may be made as soon as suitable candidates are identified, so the recruitment process may close once an appointment is made. The successful associate preferred start date is September 2026.
