Responsible to: Prisoners Building Homes (PBH)
Help shape the next phase of an ambitious national housing and social impact programme.
Prisoners Building Homes (PBH), delivered through Local Partnerships, is looking for an experiencedHead of Development Deliveryto provide senior operational leadership across our growing housing programme.
This is a significant national role, leading the PBH Site Support Offer and bringing together development, planning, design, technical, commercial, procurement and delivery expertise to help local authorities progress affordable and social housing opportunities from early assessment through to delivery.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams and advisers, provide oversight of complex housing sites, strengthen programme systems and assurance, and ensure that development decisions balance technical quality, deliverability, affordability, risk and value for money. You will also help embed PBH’s wider social value objectives throughout site development and delivery.
We’re looking for someone with significant housing development or development management experience, a strong record of managing multiple projects or programmes, and the leadership skills to operate confidently with local authorities, senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
This is an opportunity to play a central role inshaping and scaling a growing national programme with housing delivery and social impact at its heart.
