At Local Hospice Lottery, our website and email campaigns are at the heart of our digital strategy, helping us engage supporters, generate online lottery sales and raise vital funds for hospice care. We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Website Executive to lead the ongoing development, optimisation and performance of our digital presence.

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll take ownership of the Local Hospice Lottery website, ensuring it remains engaging, user-friendly, compliant and optimised for conversion. You'll work closely with our in-house marketing team and external suppliers to improve functionality, create campaign landing pages, monitor SEO performance and continuously enhance the customer journey.

Alongside website management, you'll develop and deliver email marketing campaigns, support digital acquisition and retention initiatives, analyse website and campaign performance, and identify opportunities to increase engagement and drive online sales.

We're looking for someone who combines strong website management and digital marketing skills with a passion for continuous improvement and achieving measurable results. You'll be confident interpreting data and performance metrics, whilst recognising that the best decisions often come from balancing insight with experience, creativity and an understanding of customer behaviour. Experience with WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics and email marketing platforms would be highly advantageous.

What we are looking for in our ideal Digital Marketing and Website Executive;

• Experience managing and developing websites, ideally using WordPress or a similar CMS.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and a passion for improving search visibility and website performance.
• Experience using Google Analytics, GA4 or other reporting tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong email marketing experience, including creating, building and scheduling campaigns using email marketing platforms.
• An understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion rate optimisation.
• The ability to interpret data and turn insights into practical actions and recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to ensure content remains accurate, engaging and compliant.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills for web, email and digital channels.
• Experience working with external agencies, developers or suppliers to deliver digital projects.
• Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach with a desire to continually learn, test new ideas and improve results.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
