At Local Hospice Lottery, we’re looking for confident, self-motivated individuals to represent our charity in local communities, helping to raise vital funds for hospices through our weekly lottery.
This is a self-employed opportunity offering excellent earning potential, flexible working and the chance to make a genuine difference to local hospice care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with members of the public face-to-face
- Promoting the Local Hospice Lottery and securing new supporters
- Fundraising door-to-door and at pre-arranged private venues
- Managing your own schedule and activity levels
- Completing supporter registrations using our digital platform
- Representing a trusted not-for-profit organisation in a professional manner
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- Previous face-to-face fundraising or direct sales experience (essential)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- The confidence to approach and engage with members of the public
- A resilient, positive and target-driven attitude
- Strong self-motivation and organisational skills
- A professional and reliable approach to your work
