Reading Borough Council is recruiting a Social Worker for the Advice and Wellbeing Hub. You will be the first point of contact for adults, carers and professionals, delivering short-term, outcomes-focused interventions to help people stay safe and independent in their own homes.

You will complete Strengths-based Care Act assessments, undertake Mental Capacity assessments, coordinate best interest decisions, and manage safeguarding enquiries, while offering clear, practical advice and support.
