- Providing support to pupils and parents/carers within a busy and varied school office environment.
The applicant must demonstrate:
- Proficient in using IT packages including Excel, Word and email
- A good team player but also able to work independently and with initiative
- Able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills with both children and adults
- Able to establish effective and empowering relationships with parents/carers
- Able to work in an organised manner, prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude within a busy and varied school office environment
