Portsmouth City Council is seeking a part-time Social Worker in the Adult Care and Support Response Team.

You will provide initial advice, information and risk management to adults with care needs, manage your own caseload, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

You will contribute to safeguarding practice, ensure compliance with legislation, maintain records, supervision, and professional development in line with Social Work England requirements.
