Local Government South East in Portsmouth is recruiting three part-time, fixed-term Community Wellbeing Coordinators (30 hours per week) across Portsea and Somerstown, Buckland and Landport, and Paulsgrove and Wymering. The Wellbeing Service supports Portsmouth residents to improve health, reduce inequalities and engage with communities in venues from GP practices to community centres.

This role includes mentoring staff, coordinating a team of Wellbeing Workers and delivering targeted health.
