New Forest District Council is seeking a fire safety leader to manage and deliver the Council’s approach to Fire Safety within its housing stock of about 5,200 properties. The role focuses on compliance, regulatory duties and safeguarding tenants and staff.
You will lead 3 Building Safety Officers, develop risk assessment programmes in PAS79-1:2020 and PAS79-2:2020, and keep up to date with Fire Safety Act 2021 and related legislation while communicating clearly across teams.
