To help us achieve our ambitious strategy, we are looking for a commercially focused and innovative Project Manager to join the team.
Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a pro‑active and adaptable individual to join our team. Working alongside a team of Project Managers you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across the organisation developing your skills to deliver multiple key Council projects (with a focus on Housing and Regeneration projects) using a structured project management approach.
The successful applicant will enjoy working in a varied and fast‑paced role whilst gaining construction project management experience and qualifications to progress within this career band post. A career band competency framework and competency table detailing key accountabilities has been developed and provides framework to demonstrate individual progress in order to progress within the banding, to be applied in conjunction with the job description.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the Corporate Project Managers and be responsible (under supervision) for delivering lower level projects.
