Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service is recruiting a Director of People to drive strategic leadership across People Services, Organisational Development, Equality and Inclusion, and Training and Assurance. As a member of the Executive Team you will shape workforce strategy to support the Service's vision and Community Risk Management Plan.

You will oversee HR, employee relations, payroll, wellbeing, and development, act as principal advisor to Fire Authority, champion inclusion, and lead.
