- Lead the Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) programme across all seven Worcestershire authorities.
- Develop a clear, deliverable roadmap to the new authority or authorities.
- Ensure robust programme management drives progress and accountability throughout.
- Engage closely with senior officers, elected members, partner organisations, staff, trade unions and residents to maintain confidence and minimise disruption to services.
- Ensure the benefits of reorganisation are realised.
Qualifications:
- Experience of leading large-scale, complex transformation programmes.
