In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic commissioning and market shaping of adult care and support. Your leadership will ensure we meet our Care Act 2014 duties and is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families across Nottinghamshire.

Head Of Service, You Will
  • Understand our population and lead the strategic commissioning function to ensure we support the people of Nottinghamshire brilliantly.
  • Collaborate with people, care provider partners, NHS partners, the voluntary sector and district councils to ensure best value and continuous improvement.
  • Work across our integrated health and care system coordinating teams and resources to achieve sustainability and positive outcomes.
  • Drive co-production and 'people-shaped decisions' to enhance outcomes and reduce health inequalities.
