Senior Revenues and Benefits Officer will provide high quality advice and assistance to Revenues and Benefits customers. They will resolve complex cases, handle complex supported accommodation issues, including private and social landlords, as well as appeals. Additionally, the role involves resolving claims, liabilities, debts and other enquiries within performance standards, and undertaking routine staff management duties to support the Revenues and Benefits Team Leaders.
