Required from August 2026, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a central role in shaping and sustaining excellence across our international family of schools. This senior position leads the educational support and quality assurance functions for the Group, ensuring that every school delivers an exceptional education experience aligned with our shared vision and values.

You will oversee the recruitment of Principals and other senior leaders, managing end to end search and selection processes to secure exceptional candidates for our schools worldwide. As part of your role, you will also serve as a governor on school Boards, offering strategic guidance and challenge to senior leadership teams.

A key element of the position is leading our programme of Quality Assurance Reviews. You will coordinate and conduct visits to schools, provide clear, evidence-based evaluations, and support Principals and leadership teams with follow-up actions and ongoing professional development.

This is a highly influential role that requires strong educational leadership experience, sound judgement, and the ability to work positively and effectively with colleagues across cultures and contexts. You will join a dedicated and collaborative central team, committed to supporting high quality teaching, learning, and leadership across our family of schools.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee recruitment of Principals and other senior leaders, managing end to end search and selection processes for schools worldwide.
  • Serve as a governor on school Boards, offering strategic guidance and challenge to senior leadership teams.
  • Lead the Quality Assurance Reviews programme: coordinate and conduct visits, provide evidence-based evaluations, and support follow-up actions and ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across cultures and contexts to sustain high quality teaching, learning, and leadership.
