Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council seeks two permanent Taxi Licensing Officers to join Bootle One Stop Shop on Stanley Road, Bootle, with occasional work at other sites across the borough and from home.

You will work as part of a wider customer service team, delivering face-to-face advice to taxi licensing customers, handling applications, and ensuring evidence checks and core databases are maintained. Full training will be provided.
