The role carries responsibility for shaping high-quality, person‑centred services, strong partnership working, and sustained improvement across complex systems. This post sits at the heart of Knowsley's commitment to delivering the very best outcomes for children, young people, families and communities, and provides support to the DCS in their statutory role, acting as their deputy.
