StoneCrabs is seeking an Interim Executive Director - Joint CEO (Part-time, 3 days - 0.6 FTE, 12-month contract) to guide the organization through a transition and plan for the future. The role may be extended, subject to funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Share the CEO role with the Artistic Director, ensuring effective management and operations of StoneCrabs.
- Collaborate with the Artistic Director to develop and achieve the organization's strategic vision.
- Oversee operational planning during the 12-month tenure.
Informal Conversations: Interested candidates can chat with Fabio Santos between 22nd April and 4th May. This is not part of the selection process.
Application Deadline: Apply by Friday, 9th May 2025, midnight.
Interviews: First interviews (if pre-selected) from 12th to 16th May (Online). Second interviews from 19th to 23rd May (In-person on the Isle of Wight, venue TBC). We will assist with travel reimbursement if you are not based on the Isle of Wight).
Start Date: Week of 7th July 2025, including a 2-week handover period.
