Thomas's College is a brand‑new selective co‑educational day and weekly boarding school for students from 11 to 18. Our campus sits on a five‑acre site at the top of Richmond Hill, 15 minutes’ walk from Richmond Station, with magnificent buildings surrounding a central garden. We have outstanding sports facilities, a short drive to Richmond Park, and a whole site full of space and greenery.
We seek to offer a new approach to London independent education, built around the choices and interests of each individual, that combines the best of traditional excellence with radical innovation. We teach psychology to all students, offer alternative qualifications alongside GCSE and A Level, and have a three‑year Sixth Form. About the Role
Thomas's College is seeking a dedicated Director in Residence to join our dynamic and forward‑thinking school. This is a great opportunity for a caring Director who can quickly generate vision, confidence and respect and foster highly positive working relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teaching and support the Drama department.
- Partner with The Orange Tree Theatre to enrich the curriculum.
- Develop and promote alternative qualifications alongside GCSE and A Level.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents and staff.
