Before you start, you’ll complete our specialist, school-specific Cover Supervisor Training Programme, designed and delivered by our in-house Training Manager (a former Cover Manager with 20+ years’ experience). This training will prepare you for real-life classroom challenges, with a focus on:

  • Managing behaviour using proven strategies and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Building confidence in leading classrooms and engaging students.
  • Understanding school routines, safeguarding, and professional expectations.
  • Practical roleplays and scenario-based learning so you’re truly “classroom ready.”
