- Deliver specialist teaching and intervention
- Work alongside SENCOs and Senior Leaders
- Support EHCP reviews and SEND planning
- Coach and mentor teaching and support staff
- Develop inclusive practice across multiple schools
- Help build long-term SEND capacity within schools
