Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment and Placement: Source, screen, and place high-quality teaching and support staff into schools across Essex and surrounding areas. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, candidates, and other stakeholders. • Business Development: Identify and develop new client opportunities, including cold and warm leads. • Compliance and Administration: Ensure all candidate compliance is up to date and aligns with safeguarding requirements. • Team Collaboration: Attend occasional in-office meetings to strategize, train, and work on company initiatives.
