The Role

You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day operation of a busy and successful Early Years setting, leading by example and ensuring exceptional standards of care, safeguarding and education.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification or above
  • Have previous leadership experience within Early Years
  • Be passionate about delivering outstanding childcare
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate strong safeguarding knowledge
