The Role
You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day operation of a busy and successful Early Years setting, leading by example and ensuring exceptional standards of care, safeguarding and education.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification or above
- Have previous leadership experience within Early Years
- Be passionate about delivering outstanding childcare
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrate strong safeguarding knowledge
