The Role
You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing within a nurturing and engaging Early Years environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting children aged 0-5
- Delivering learning through play
- Acting as a Key Person
- Completing observations and assessments
- Supporting children’s individual learning journeys
- Building positive relationships with families
- Promoting safeguarding and child welfare
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification
- Nursery, Preschool or Early Years experience
- Good understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Passion for supporting children’s development
