The Clinical Governance & Quality Injuries Lead will take charge of driving quality and safety across our urgent treatment centres. In this dynamic role, they will:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision for our minor injuries clinicians, ensuring robust induction processes, continuous professional development, and expert mentoring.
- Champion quality improvement by spearheading clinical audits, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to exceed CQC standards.
- Work closely with clinical services managers and external partners to develop and refine care pathways, ensuring every patient receives safe, efficient, and compassionate care.
- Maintain their clinical expertise by practicing independently conducting assessments, making diagnoses, interpreting x-rays, and managing treatment plans in line with best practice.
- Promote a Just Culture that values learning from feedback, ensuring concerns, complaints, and incidents are addressed proactively.
