One of the largest councils in the South East is currently looking to recruit to a senior leadership position. Interim Executive Director Climate, Environment & Customer Service to take the lead and oversight of their Climate, Environment & Customer Service Directorate. This role is a critical role for the authority and as such requires someone who has worked at Executive Director level with extensive leadership experience in all or some of the following service areas:

  • Environment
  • Highways/Transport
  • Customer Services

You will need to bring a strong commercial focus, as well as Senior Local Government Officer experience with significant corporate leadership, as well as a track record of driving major change and transformation, and dealing with members.

Pay range and compensation package: The role will pay circa £1,300 per day. Hybrid working.
