As a Business Administration Level 3 Apprentice, you will work across multiple departments, developing practical skills and building a strong foundation for a long‑term career in property and business. From day one, you’ll be trusted with real responsibility while working towards a nationally recognised qualification — giving you the experience, confidence, and skills to thrive in your future career. Key duties and requirements include:
- Supporting daily administrative operations across various departments
- Handling enquiries from students, landlords, and contractors in a professional manner
- Assisting with compliance checks, documentation, and record keeping
- Maintaining accurate data across internal systems
- Supporting marketing activity and internal communications
- Learning the tenancy journey from enquiry to move-in and beyond
- Providing excellent customer service at every touchpoint
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
