We are looking for a Lettings Consultant to work as part of the Lettings team. The ideal candidate will place a huge emphasis on customer service and be passionate about delivering a first-class experience.

As a Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of lettings prior to a tenancy commencing. Working in a team you will be required to build excellent relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors. You must be an excellent communicator who is used to maintaining relationships with a diverse range of people and must have a ‘get stuck in attitude’.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining great relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors
  • Ensuring the Tenant and Landlord experience is exceptional
  • Managing communications via phone, email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp
  • Maintaining lettings compliance knowledge and conducting Right to Rent checks
  • Receiving and processing new enquiries from Tenants and Landlords
  • Advertising properties and proactively contacting our database of potential Tenants
  • Registering applicants, arranging viewings, conducting viewings, and providing feedback to Landlords
  • Negotiating offers between Landlords and Tenants
  • Assisting the Asset Management team during the busy changeover period
  • Assisting with marketing events

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in order to provide a high-quality service to all customers
  • The ability to see a job through from start to finish
  • Experience in Lettings (preferred)
  • Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable in approach to work

Details:

  • Hours of work: 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday & 26 Saturdays per year 10am till 3pm
  • Competitive Salary
