We are looking for a Lettings Consultant to work as part of the Lettings team. The ideal candidate will place a huge emphasis on customer service and be passionate about delivering a first-class experience.
As a Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of lettings prior to a tenancy commencing. Working in a team you will be required to build excellent relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors. You must be an excellent communicator who is used to maintaining relationships with a diverse range of people and must have a ‘get stuck in attitude’.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining great relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors
- Ensuring the Tenant and Landlord experience is exceptional
- Managing communications via phone, email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp
- Maintaining lettings compliance knowledge and conducting Right to Rent checks
- Receiving and processing new enquiries from Tenants and Landlords
- Advertising properties and proactively contacting our database of potential Tenants
- Registering applicants, arranging viewings, conducting viewings, and providing feedback to Landlords
- Negotiating offers between Landlords and Tenants
- Assisting the Asset Management team during the busy changeover period
- Assisting with marketing events

- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills in order to provide a high-quality service to all customers
- The ability to see a job through from start to finish
- Experience in Lettings (preferred)
- Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable in approach to work
Details:
- Hours of work: 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday & 26 Saturdays per year 10am till 3pm
